For more than 90 years, ERICH JAEGER has been developing and manufacturing high-quality connectors for various industries and serves many well-known manufacturers from the automotive and agricultural industry. Currently, more than 1000 employees work at our corporate headquarters in Germany, our production sites in Mexico, the Czech Republic, China, Germany and Moldova as well as sales offices in the USA, France, Poland and Italy.

To strengthen our team in Friedberg in the Frankfurt/Main area, we are looking for you to train as a digitalization management assistant. In this role, you will learn how to optimize digital processes and develop innovative solutions to make our company future-proof.

Tasks

• Learning the basics of digitalization management and IT systems
• Assisting in the analysis and optimization of existing business processes
• Supporting the implementation of new digital solutions
• Collaborating with various departments to promote digital transformation, with a strong focus on the existing SAP system

Requirements

• Good secondary school diploma, advanced technical college certificate, or high school diploma
• Fluent German skills, good English skills are an advantage
• You have an interest in digital technologies and their application in business
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• You enjoy working with people
• Initiative and willingness to learn
