We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy Ad Monetization Strategist to join our Product Monetization team. In this role, you’ll help maximize ad revenue across our game portfolio by combining analytical expertise with strong cross-functional and partner communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute in-game ad monetization strategies across multiple titles, including live and soft-launched games.
- Analyze monetization performance and provide actionable insights to the Product, User Acquisition, and Data teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and proactively support continuous optimization initiatives.
- Serve as the point of contact for ad networks—building strong relationships, resolving issues, and driving opportunities for growth.
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to explore user behavior, evaluate ad placements, and uncover revenue trends.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ad monetization strategy, analytics, or operations— within the mobile gaming industry.
- Proven background in managing ad monetization performance and communicating with ad network partners.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver strategic insights.
- Proficiency in SQL is required; familiarity with additional BI tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the hybrid-casual gaming space is a significant advantage.
