About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for an Account Manager for the CPV OES field (Original Equipment Service).
The Account Manager CPVOES is the face of the Dometic Group to the OEM customers.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of OEM accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions and annual agreements (warranty, etc.).
- Coordinate internal resources (engineering, supply chain, marketing, etc.) to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
- Drive forecasting accuracy and ensure timely reporting of sales performance and customer pipeline.
- Support product development and product management identifying new business opportunities.
- Administration of standard procedures (warranty procedures, servicing and updating of the OEM supplier platform)

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:
- At least B2 level of German and fluent in business English.
- Completed technical and/or commercial studies.
- Experience in B2B business/projects.
- Project or Product Management experience with technical/commercial responsibilities.
- Strategic thinking, well developed negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of mobile applications (e.g. HVAC) and in various electronic solutions.
- Good general technical understanding.
- Sales-data analysis, budget- and forecast planning.
- Preparation and execution of company- and product presentations (internal/external).
- Participation at relevant exhibitions.
- Maintain relevant documentation (ERP system, Product Information, Project Mgt. data).
- Budget process experience.
- Sales-data analysis, budget- and forecast planning.
- Automotive market understanding (Commercial & Passenger Vehicles, ‘off-highway’).
