Mission Brief
Support our Talent Attraction team (Aude and Stephanie) in attracting and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment initiatives.
This is a 20-hour-per-week opportunity based at our headquarters in Ottobrunn, where you'll play a vital role in growing our dynamic team.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Proactively source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Assist in creating and publishing job postings across various platforms.
- Support in scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Help organize and participate in employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Support additional HR and Talent projects as needed.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with MS Office and social media platforms (especially LinkedIn); familiarity with ATS is a plus.
- Fluent English and German skills.
