What you'll do
- Promote sessions, events, and community activities
- Contribute to the planning and execution of engagement activities
- Manage and distribute meeting invitations and reminders
- Support the creation and updating of SharePoint Pages.
- Create promotional materials
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) in the field of Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Presentation skills in physical scenarios and online presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous work experience is beneficial
- Language skills: fluent in English
- Soft skills: Good time management for yourself and your tasks, team player, reliability, initiative, creativit
- Working from Walldorf office regularly is a must; candidates with long commuting distance will be not considered as suitable
- Candidate must have at least 2 semesters of studies to finish
