TECHNICIAN / SPECIALIST UTILITIES & FACILITIES (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- You ensure the operational readiness of our technical building equipment (especially heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation - HVAC) and develop it further
- With a sensible spare parts strategy, you will ensure stable system availability and high quality of use at the Munich site - efficiently, sustainably and future-proof.
- You plan, calculate and control maintenance and optimization measures
- In relation to the technical supply systems at the Munich site, you ensure compliance with operator responsibility and production safety.
- You maintain maintenance and plant data and contribute your ideas for the digitalization of our facility management processes
- You analyze key figures, create forecasts and derive targeted measures from them
- You take part in the on-call duty in the rotating system
Qualifications
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (HVAC), building technician or similar, ideally further training as a technician or master craftsman (f/m/d)
- Alternatively a degree in supply engineering, energy technology, building services engineering or similar
- Experience in technical building management, in particular heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation
- Confident communication with subcontractors
- Digital affinity and ideally CAD skills (e.g. AutoCAD or Inventor)
- Team spirit, a structured and service-oriented way of working, a sense of responsibility and fun helping out
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
