We aim to continue our sustainable growth and are looking for you as a Tech Lead Software Engineer in Berlin (m/f/d).Technical Expert for the Domain
In collaboration with the Product Owner and the other Domain Architects:

• Specification of Issues
• End-to-end (E2E) planning of features
• Support and/or execution of feature integration
• Support and/or execution of feature acceptance (together with Engineers)
• Alignment of E2E architecture with the E2E Architect

Team Enablement:

• Training and guidance of engineers - both technically and in terms of domain knowledge

In collaboration with the Head of Engineering, CTO and E2E Architect:

• Definition and enforcement of best practices
• Definition and introduction of technical innovations
• Technical publications

Codebase Evolution:

• Refactoring and/or migration of legacy solutions
• Development and maintenance of testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) in coordination with the QA team

Operational Excellence:

• Continuous development and enforcement of the working mode
• Responsibility for the technical quality of the domain

• You already have more than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and possess profound technical knowledge. A significant part of your professional software engineering experience has been with Python and Django. 
• You have worked with distributed, microservices-based systems and have experience with Celery. JavaScript and React are your main front-end technologies. 
• Experience in the (German) electricity market or in the billing/accounting sector is a plus. Fluency in English is a must.

The majority of our processes are implemented in Python/Django, with PostgreSQL as the predominant database technology. We use the Robot Framework for system tests and deploy our containerized code within a GitLab-based CI process to Kubernetes test and production environments. We implement frontend applications with React. AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT support us in coding and daily business. 

Outside of development, we primarily work with Jira, Miro, and Confluence.At Lumenaza, you will be part of a dedicated team of over 50 employees, including more than 20 developers.
