With your flair for food trends in Japanese cuisine and your culinary creativity, you will continuously develop XIAO's sushi buffet and set new, innovative standards.
Independent production: Celebrate the art of sushi preparation and process our high-quality fish professionally while maintaining consistent and top quality
Be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of your workplace as well as compliance with our quality standards
Plan and act economically in the preparation of goods
Clean the kitchen equipment in compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with food law requirements (HACCP guidelines)
Requirements
You have many years of professional experience as a passionate sushi chef
You have a contemporary and trend-orientated approach to Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
You have culinary creativity and work with attention to detail.
You have excellent dexterity.
You have knowledge in the professional handling of fresh and high-quality products.
You take responsibility for production and have a structured way of working.
You have a sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
You are an absolute team player.
You value a tidy and well-groomed appearance.
You know the HACCP guidelines and act accordingly.
