Responsibility:
Leading SQA activities in the BU for our manufacturing partners.
Support SCM during supplier selection and nomination process.
Execute supplier audits, (risk) assessments, process approvals including Run&Rate.
Definition and negotiation of Quality Assurance Agreements.
Follow up of action items resulting from audits and assessments including on-site verification.
Support for suppliers during project and mass production phase.
Execution of supplier evaluations and resulting improvement programs.
Competency:
Engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10years working experience in automotive industry.
Experienced auditor for system and process audits with related auditor qualification (ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) .
Experience in supplier management.
Several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry, especially in PCB assembly (SMT, THT, Coating, Testing) .
In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, ...), problem solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa,..) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS,...)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Very good communication skills and convincing appearance.
Experienced user of MS Office and SAP.
