Senior Projectmanager ERP (all genders)

Your mission

• Management, planning and control of ERP projects with agile methods
• First point of contact for our customers and internal and external team members
• Creating trusting and long-term customer relationships with our national and international customers
• Coordination of various stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
• Structuring projects according to the requirements of the respective customer situation and in the various project phases
• Coordination and realisation of meetings and workshops, both on-site and online
• Risk and conflict management as well as change management
• Budget and progress controlling

Your profile

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in the implementation of complex ERP systems or software projects on the customer or service provider side
• Proven experience in an agile project methodology (e.g. certified Scrum Master)
• Confident and confident appearance with customers and strong communication skills
• Team player in a collegial organisation
• Solution- and service-orientated way of working
• Experience in the organisation and moderation of complex project situations
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office products and sound knowledge of project planning software
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Project-related willingness to travel

Nice to have:

• Project management certification (GPMA, PMI etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
• Experience as a trainer and/or moderator
