What you will do:
- You will support in developing and maintaining the company's analytics infrastructure, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting systems.
- You will create clear and compelling visualizations in the form of graphs and dashboards, to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You will automate reporting and analysis processes to improve efficiency, speed and accuracy of operations analytics.
- You will support in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by regularly auditing data sources and resolving discrepancies.
- You will play a key role in enabling self-service analytics by building and maintaining a curated set of published data sources.
- You will dive deep into the data and use complex analytics to generate actionable insights that are communicated to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Who we're looking for:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- You have 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role, possibly with a focus on operations or supply chain management.
- You have strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.
- You have expertise in data warehousing and ETL processes.
- You have expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
