Mediaplus is the "innovation agency for brand-specific media" and the largest network-independent media agency in Germany. In the House of Communication, we work in an integrated manner with all communication specialists of the entire Serviceplan Group.
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a dedicated full-time (Senior) Behavioural Scientist (all genders) for Mediaplus Germany at our location in Munich.
What you can expect from us::
- Interdisciplinary collaboration – with our internal and external clients in the German market, with the Mediaplus Data Global Hub as well as the Behavioural Science expert team in the UK
- Point of contact for client projects and pitches – including consulting on behavioural science and (online) presentations in client meetings
- Independent application of behavioural science models – from developing research-based approaches to operational implementation and strategic recommendations
- Close cooperation with strategy, research, and data teams – to systematically integrate behavioural science perspectives into projects and processes
- Identification of relevant behavioural principles – to translate universal patterns of human behaviour into concrete, effective solutions
- Derivation of sound behavioural insights – to support brand positioning, target group concepts, and communication strategies
- Several years of relevant professional experience (e.g., behavioral economics, market research, consumer psychology)
- Ability to structure large amounts of data, identify behavioral patterns, and assess them strategically
- Solid understanding of behavioral science theories and methods
- High attention to detail regarding accurate data collection
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of clients’ needs and expectations
- Professional appearance when dealing with internal clients and market partners
- A high level of teamwork, motivation, and initiative
- Ideally, a completed university degree in psychology, business or consumer psychology, behavioral economics, sociology, neuroscience, communication science, data science, or a similar field
- Knowledge and/or experience with various quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
- Fluent German and very good English skills as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint & Excel
