- Map served and unserved accounts across both water/wastewater and semiconductor sectors, using tools like ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator to estimate share of wallet.
- Analyze territory-specific regulations (e.g., MCERTS, semiconductor standards) to assess their impact on market opportunities.
- Engage with SEMI and other industry bodies to stay updated on trends and build strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate investment drivers (compliance, efficiency, penalties) to understand customer decision-making and purchase behavior.
- Develop a segmentation and account coverage model with EU sales leaders, including reassigning FSE/DSE roles and third-party involvement where needed.
- Build growth models and strategies for both sectors, identifying value creation actions, cross-selling opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Design and complete targeted sales campaigns with marketing and product teams, refining value messaging based on feedback and performance data.
- Lead continuous learning loops and document standard methodologies to improve future campaign strategies and execution.
- Mentor and support sales teams with industry-specific knowledge, encouraging communities of practice across both sectors.
- Support in collaborator engagement, account planning, and key customer presentations to position tailored solutions effectively.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineer/Business Administration or a related field.
- Shown sales leadership experience in both water/wastewater and semiconductor industries, or proven track record to quickly develop domain expertise across multiple technical sectors
- Strong understanding of technical solutions and applications in water/wastewater treatment and semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience with complex sales cycles involving multiple collaborators and technical decision-makers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences
- Critical thinking ability with a proven track record of crafting and implementing growth strategies
- Experience in building and managing sales teams across diverse industry segments
