Avantor sucht einen motivierten Regulatory Affairs Officer (w/m/d) im Raum Darmstadt. In dieser Rolle überwachen Sie die Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit unseren Vertriebstätigkeiten und Dienstleistungen in Deutschland.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Chemie, Biomedizin, Biochemie, Biotechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Regulatory Affairs und mit der europäischen Gesetzgebung – gerne auch durch Praktika oder Studienprojekte
  • Fundiertes Verständnis rechtlicher Anforderungen
  • Kenntnisse in Zollregularien und Compliance sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben
  • Selbstständige Kommunikation und Koordination mit EU-Behörden, Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Pflege relevanter Genehmigungen
  • Beratung von Kunden sowie Überwachung von Lizenzen und behördlichen Sperren
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Stellungnahmen und Durchführung vertriebsrelevanter Schulungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement, Marketing und europäischen Ansprechpartnern
  • Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
