• Design and implementation of training strategies and development programs for various target groups • Identification of learning needs in close cooperation with managers and departments • Selection and coordination of external training providers and design of internal learning formats • Development of a company-wide competence model and learning portfolio • Support of talent management initiatives and development programs • Organization and evaluation of workshops, trainings, and e-learning offers • Close collaboration with international HR and business stakeholders• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field • At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development / Corporate Training • Proven track record in developing and implementing modern learning tools and concepts • Strong project management skills, moderation and presentation skills as well as extensive knowledge of process management • Intercultural competence and confident communication in international teams • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German• A key role in an international and growing organization • Freedom to innovate and create new development formats • Supportive working environment with flat hierarchies • Modern working conditions including hybrid work • Individual training and development opportunities
