We are on the hunt for an eagle-eyed Quality Inspector who will be the guardian of excellence for all our incoming and outgoing materials, products, and manufacturing procedures.

Tasks
- Inspecting products and materials according to quality standards, technical drawings, procedures and plans.
- Documenting inspection results and reporting any defects or non-conformities.
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager.
- Run statistical studies such as reproducibility and capability.
- Maintain and update quality inspector records.
- Perform detailed inspections of space components and mechanical parts using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Verify that products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Quality Inspector or similar, relevant role with at least 3 years of experience.
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge in Space standards as ECSS, ASTM, and MIL etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ability to document results and create reports.
- Education/Certification in relevant field (e.g. engineering, safety, quality control).
- Responsible and trustworthy individual.
- Highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 and Certification of quality control (ISO 9000 etc.) is highly desirable.
