Role: Quality Auditor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform regular quality audits to evaluate workflows and identify areas for improvement in quality assurance practices.
- Recommend strategies to enhance overall quality and compliance across projects.
- Support team leads in analyzing root causes of performance dips at both individual and project levels, and escalate real-time issues when necessary.
- Conduct ongoing performance assessments to identify trends and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver training programs based on identified knowledge or performance gaps.
- Liaise with client stakeholders for clarification on project requirements or guidelines and share relevant updates with internal teams.
- Foster knowledge sharing and consistency by communicating best practices across teams and projects.
- Exhibit professionalism and confidence in all interactions, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent in Swahili (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2 level)
- Interest or familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to engage with team members, leadership, and clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to comprehend and apply complex guidelines with consistency and accuracy.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
- Experience using quality assurance tools such as checklists, questionnaires, and root cause analysis (RCA) frameworks.
- Ability to prioritize issues based on their impact on quality, performance, and compliance.
- Experience in data analysis to inform decisions and drive improvements.
