We’re looking for a Product Lead to own the end-to-end user experience across our mobility platform from sign-up to post-ride. You'll drive strategy, define the roadmap, and deliver high-impact features that delight users and scale our business.

Deine Verantwortung
- Define and lead the product strategy across the entire customer journey.
- Use data, user feedback, and business needs to shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Design, Engineering and Growth teams to deliver user-centric solutions to life.
- Represent the voice of the customer through feedback loops, NPS insights, and research.
- Define and track key metrics like onboarding conversion, booking rates, and support volume.
- Lead A/B tests and use results to drive product decisions and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership to align product with the company goals.
Dein Profil
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2C, shared mobility, transportation, or marketplaces.
- Strong UX and Product Sense
- You’re comfortable with SQL, Amplitude, or similar tools.
- Clear, confident communicator who can rally teams and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Bonus: Experience in CX optimization, a passion for urban mobility and MILES user yourself.
