Legal Counsel

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to support and protect the company's interests while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Negotiate agreements and/or settlements with external stakeholders.
• Manage external law firms to ensure accurate and commercially sensible legal advice on time.
• Communicate with authorities, courts and other external parties.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to assess the impact of new laws and regulations on the company's operations.
• Provide legal advice and strategy in litigations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You are qualified to practise law in Germany
• 1.5+ years post qualification experience. Preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience.
• You possess exceptional skills in project management and have experience in providing guidance and communicating to key stakeholders.
• You have the capacity to work autonomously and diligently in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to maintain composure and effectively handle multiple tasks while under pressure. Responding swiftly, thinking quickly, and making prompt decisions in a rapidly evolving and dynamic setting.
• You possess a natural curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning.
• You are also willing to dive into any task at hand and enthusiastically take on new challenges.
• You are a native German speaker and fluent in English (C1/C2).
