We're expanding and on the lookout for passionate Account Executives (f/d/m) to join our team to further drive our fast revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our innovative platform.
- In your new role, you are Flower’s spearhead into the market by being accountable for winning and driving revenue from new customers.
- As an account executive, you are the driver of the deal – from the initial meeting, any nurturing steps up to the negotiation and final closure.
- Working with Marketing and Sales Development Representatives but also through your own outbound activities, you make sure to have a constant pipeline building motion in place to ensure the required pipeline coverage to overachieve our monthly and quarterly targets.
- Together with Marketing you will be responsible for creating and executing a compelling customer journey by setting up a cadence, compiling and creating pitch materials and ensuring customer outreaches at the highest level of professionalism.
- To drive our success, you continuously monitor your performance to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement.
- You have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in direct sales – ideally in the B2B Software as a Service business.
- A deep understanding of the industry and market trends as well as the German Mittelstand (SMB) is what helps you to identify, nurture and close new business opportunities.
- You are customer oriented, are able to identify customer pains in end customer’s businesses and have a good understanding how software can address those. Quantifying the business impact for the customer is something you feel very comfortable with.
- You are a self-starter and are able to build structures where needed as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in German, have excellent communication skills and are eloquent – a winning manner is a key ingredient to your success recipe. You are familiar with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
