Join our growing sales team and play a key role in bringing our mission-driven platform to more companies across the DACH region. You’re exactly the person we are looking for if you can pick up the phone yourself: if there aren’t enough leads, you can get it done.
Your responsibility:
- Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate and qualify leads in the mid-market segment (DACH)
- Own the early sales cycle: from first contact to discovery call to closing the deals
- Gradually take on more end-to-end responsibility for deals as you grow into the AE role
- Identify client needs and align them with nilo’s value proposition in mental health and workplace wellbeing
- Conduct product demos and support sales calls with potential clients
- Build strong relationships with HR, People, and Executive stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to a strong, data-driven sales process
- Represent nilo at industry events and trade fairs to grow our network and reach
You'll be successful with these skills:
- 10+ months experience as an SDR or Junior AE in a B2B SaaS environment — ideally with demonstrable overperformance or promotions, as well as strong references
- A strong sense of ownership: you’re proactively picking up the phone yourself, building and maintaining a storing pipeline
- High motivation to grow into a full Account Executive role over the next 6–12 months
- Initial experience in conducting discovery calls, qualifying prospects, and supporting deal cycles
- Curiosity for sales strategy and learning complex sales processes
- Confidence to communicate with different personas (HR, People, Executives)
- Enthusiasm for topics like mental health, people development, and modern work culture
- Native-level German and fluent English (company language)
