We are looking for you as our new International Product Trainer (m/f/x).
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the development and implementation of internal training and customer education programs in close cooperation with marketing, product management as well as the sales organizations in country
- Budget planning, action planning, execution and evaluation of all internal training and customer education activities
- Further development of equipment and adaptation of presentation material as well as updating sales training courses
- Organizing and executing as an instructor for practical courses
- Providing evaluation reports on customer training programs
Your profile:
- Qualified dental technician, studies/training in dentistry or several years of experience as a trainer in the dental or medtech sector.
- Experience in CADCAM and digital planning
- Skills in designing digital and on-site training formats
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills
- Well organized and structured individual with strong results orientation and business acumen
- Presentation skills and the gift to inspire people
- Confident in dealing with different customer segments (KOLs, dentists, dental technicians, salespeople) with effective communication and listening skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
