- Manage the full sales cycle for German-speaking customers, from prospecting to closing
- Conduct outreach via phone and email, with occasional field visits
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Build deep knowledge of customer organisations, including decision-makers, budgets, and competitive landscape
- Develop and grow accounts through strategic networking and relationship-building
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account details in CRM
- Provide reliable sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Work cross-functionally with field sales, specialists, and service teams
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer queries and finalise offers
- Expect approximately 10% travel across the region
