- Support in personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintenance of personnel files and master data in the HR system
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters
- Communication with social insurance institutions and authorities
- Preparation and follow-up of payroll
- Support in recruitment processes and onboarding activities
- Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Completed commercial training, ideally with additional HR qualification
- Initial experience in HR administration
- Good knowledge of labor, income tax and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office and HR software
- Structured, reliable, and discreet working style
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
