This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2025. You will gain hands-on experience in people and office management while working in a dynamic and international team in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM
Our People Operations Team is responsible for supporting all employees in Operations and Headquarter roles across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). We handle the key administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle – from preparing contracts to managing documentation – and ensure that every team member has a reliable and smooth HR experience.
As part of our broader People organization, we collaborate closely with our People Team colleagues in Amsterdam, Paris, and Wroclaw to align processes across Europe. Our team works hand-in-hand with Talent Acquisition, local Operations teams, and other departments to create a consistent and people-centered experience throughout the employee journey.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Prepare documents such as employment confirmations, reference letters, and onboarding checklists.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with organizing internal HR processes and meetings (online and in-person).
- Help with data entry, digital filing, and document management to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Workplace and Payroll to ensure smooth internal workflows.
- Assist with sending out HR-related mail and employee documents.
- Support the HR team in cross-functional projects related to employee experience, compliance, and internal communications.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Ongoing or completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, office management, or administration is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable style when engaging with employees and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with G-Suite or other office tools, spreadsheets, and digital documentation systems.
Language & Location:
- Business fluent in German & English (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in Berlin, Germany (onsite internship).
