We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR processes. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Persian and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection and orientation scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting employment contracts and HR-related correspondence
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements
- Based in Europe with the ability to work remotely
- Fluent in Persian and English (written and spoken)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with remote work environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of European labor regulations
