Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the sales and clinical support of all Masimo Hospital Automation products within the assigned territory.
- As a sales specialist, you will handle demonstrations, clinical evaluations, closing, installation, and follow-up of your projects.
- The primary sales focus for Hospital Automation products will be on ventilator-assisted shared living facilities and out-of-hospital intensive care facilities.
- Collaborate with the Acute and Alternative Care team to expand opportunities and the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product training following successful installations and for existing customers as needed.
- Report to the Hospital & Home Automation Manager Germany & Austria.
- Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or biomedical studies with several years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in IT (infrastructure, networking, databases, cloud computing) and/or hospital information technology and/or medical devices.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols in an enterprise environment; CCNA or equivalent knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of routing and switching technologies and concepts, as well as network system troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience in selling and implementing hospital automation projects.
- Fluent in German and good level in English
- Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt communication style (discussions with CxOs, IT departments, physicians/nurses, engineering teams).
- Service and solution sales mindset.
- Clinical knowledge and understanding of the German healthcare system, including a solid understanding of hospital workflows, intensive care, perioperative care, and the healthcare ecosystem.
- A team player with a track record of successful collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
