Director Industrial & Logistics Investment (m/w/d)

Wir sind die Spezialisten für den An- und Verkauf von Logistik- und Industrieimmobilien und beraten unsere deutschen und internationalen Kunden bundesweit. Gemeinsam mit unseren deutschen und europäischen Kollegen bearbeiten wir sowohl pan-europäische Portfoliodeals als auch regionale Investmentthemen – international, analytisch und kundenorientiert. Ein Team von Experten freut sich auf Ihre Unterstützung – wir haben alle Hände voll zu tun!

Ihre Aufgaben

• Betreuen unserer Kunden und eines nationalen Investorennetzwerkes von der Erstansprache bis zur Abwicklung einer Immobilientransaktion
• Eigenverantwortlich Verkaufsmandate verhandeln und neue Verkaufsaufträge akquirieren, sowie Verkaufsansätze bewerten
• Erarbeiten und Halten von Präsentationen im Team bei Kunden
• Erstellen von Markt-, Objekt- und Portfolioanalysen, Recherche von Vergleichstransaktionen oder -mieten
• Erarbeiten von Vermarktungsunterlagen wie Investmentmemoranden oder Vermarktungsvideos – kreativ, innovativ, gestaltend.
• Abteilungsübergreifendes Team-Work im anspruchsvollen Tagesgeschäft bei spannenden Projekten & Entwicklungen
• Mitarbeit an Business Development-Aufgaben im regionalen Investmentgeschäft
• Spezialisierung auf die Assetklasse Logistik und Industrieimmobilien sowie ein regional abgestimmtes Marktgebiet im Süden Deutschlands

Ihr Profil

• Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Immobilienwirtschaft oder einen Abschluss zur/zum Immobilienkauffrau/-mann
• Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, idealerweise in der Vermietung oder im Transaktionsbereich
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der Assetklasse Logistik & Industrie sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und Microsoft Powerpoint, ggf. Datenbanken sind von Vorteil
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
