We are looking for a talented Dealer Account Manager DACH (m/w/d) to join our team specializing in Sales for our CDD Parts Team in Gross-Gerau, Hessen, Germany. The role can be based in our Gross-Gerau office or 100% remotely from anywhere in Germany.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Executing Dealer Development: Manage and develop dealer networks in Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Switzerland.
- Strategic Insights: Provide analytical and strategic inputs to enhance channel development and support decision-making.
- Tracking and Benchmarking: Regularly monitor dealer development and capabilities, and benchmark against industry competitors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with both internal and external stakeholders to implement short, mid, and long-term capability roadmaps.
- Contract Execution: Oversee the execution of dealer contracts, analyze complex issues, and adjust working methods as needed.
- Task Assignment: Assign tasks to stakeholders to ensure effective dealer network management.
- Coverage Assessment: Continuously assess and improve dealer coverage in assigned areas.
- Expansion and Improvement: Identify opportunities for expanding and enhancing the dealer network.

Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales or a related subject, or acceptable sales related work experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and other relevant software.
- Advanced/Fluent German language skills.
