- Continually inspire and work with peers to explore new generations of ideas for their campaigns on Meta's platforms (from Instagram to Facebook, Messenger, Whatsapp, Threads and more)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven marketing strategies and execute high-profile campaigns that showcase the power of Reels, creators, and performance in driving brand awareness and engagement
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and technologies
- Analyze data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimize campaign performance, with a focus on creator marketing, short-form video, and catalog-driven commerce
- Continually work to invent new ways to harness creativity for business growth whilst driving value for people and communities
- Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, manage projects, this is a position for builders
- Minimum 5 years in social media marketing experience gained from: working at a Meta Business Partner, influencer agencies, social media agencies, in-house creative teams
- We are looking for someone creatively ambitious and business centered with experience in creator marketing and vertical short form video across multiple categories (from eCommerce, to CPG and Tech)
- Creative skillset across Meta's suite of ad products from Reels, Feed, Messaging
- Experience in creative ideas for paid social media - no exclusive experience organic content creation or earned media background: portfolio of social media campaigns required
- Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
- Design and prototyping skill
- Fluent in both German and English languages
- You understand measurement and are willing to learn new tools
- Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data dashboards
