Responsibilities of the role:
- Management of Mercury’s Commissioning Digital processes on Chosen site. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the Commissioning Tagging tracker and Commissioning Power BI for the project.
- Oversee the Management of the Commissioning Tagging Tracker process procedures and outputs across all CDI projects.
- Oversee and ensure that there is consistency across all CDI projects with reporting the below:
- Daily Updates
- Weekly Reports
- Monthly reports
- IRL Reporting
- Chair and ensure weekly meetings on commissioning tagging tracker with appointed owners of the CDI Tagging Tracker across each project. Teams need to ensure all tracker and Power BI reports are kept up to date.
- Audit every project tracker weekly and report gaps to CDI Cx Management, SBU Management, and PMs.
- Assist CxPMs with CX workflows depending on Client requirements and ensure its approval by Client CxAs and their respective platforms.
- Assist Compliance with Test step Matrix / Documentation matrix approvals for each CDI project.
- Ensure CDI Tagging Tracker Handbook is rolled out across each project,
- Ensure Templates for Tracking are consistent and in place across each project. Examples below
- Test Method Statements
- SOO
- CX equipment (Calibration certs etc)
- Risk Register
- Internal IRL Logs
- Ensure Common Documentation is tracked and reported efficiently across every project.
- Ensure Each Project CxPM understands the digital interfaces and how to operate them
- P6 Input with Planning teams
- The Documentation look up and inputs with Doc Control
- Input BIM assets
- Ensure the Correct Commissioning documentation folder structure is established across CDI projects. Chair Kick off meeting with the below teams.
- Mercury Commissioning
- Mercury Electrical Team
- Mercury Mechanical team
- Sub-contractors
- Vendors
- Attendance at all Client and internal Commissioning lead meetings and weekly project meetings on whichever project your based.
- Management of project reports with Data Analytics / Audits from each projects Master tagging tracker.
- Developing a strong professional working relationship with the Client, Client Representatives and Vendors.
- All other duties associated with this role.
- Manage the BIM 360 CDE Commissioning Digital Environment
Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:
- Advanced Excel and Analytics through power point a desirable
- The development of all required Commissioning documentation and to manage the completion of same on a digital platform.
- Excellent organisational skills and be effective at prioritising tasks in order to achieve project deadlines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to report to the management team and client.
- Ability to produce detailed reports, presentations and assignments regularly and to an extremely high standard.
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Adobe Acrobat.
- Manage and deal successfully with all client and contractor vendors to ensure documentation requirements are adhered to.
- Ability to delegate successfully and to know when and who to delegate to.
- Ability to thrive in a team-working environment and have strong social skills.
- Lead, manage and motivate the Doc control personal within the project commissioning teams.
- Excellent time management skills.
