As a Business Analyst you will drive our transformation into a truly data-driven organization. You will bridge the gap between business and data by designing intuitive data cubes and structured data environments that empower the creation of powerful dashboards, which will deliver crucial insights into our performance, enabling faster, smarter decisions across the company.
Your Mission:
- You develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and data products to monitor business performance.
- You lead end-to-end analytics projects, from problem framing to stakeholder alignment, analysis, and presentation of insights.
- You provide tailored insights and reporting to support Commercial team performance and strategy.
- You promote data literacy by offering training, best practices, and scalable self-service solutions across the organization.
- You build strong collaboration with the Datawarehouse team and manage the roadmap for future data source integration.
- You translate complex business needs into analytical frameworks, models, and forecasts for planning and scenario modeling.
- You handle ad-hoc analysis and stakeholder requests, delivering timely and relevant results.
You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Informatics, or a related field.
- Bring 2–5 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role.
- Demonstrate strong skills in Power BI (including DAX and report design), Excel (advanced functions, modeling, power query), and SQL (data exploration and aggregation).
- Communicate insights clearly and tailor outputs to different audiences.
- Have experience working with commercial stakeholders (a strong plus).
- Are familiar with agile work environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase productivity.

- Are fluent in English; German is a plus.
