Rolle Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits

- Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenaudits sowie externen Prüfungen
- Recherchen zu regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0) und Unterstützung bei deren Analyse
Erfahrungen & Qualifikationen
- Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Zusätzliche Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und idealerweise PowerPoint)
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
- Interesse an Audits und regulatorischen Themen

Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Head of Audit on 40+ audits a year
- Support in the planning and execution of internal and external audits
- Follow-up and documentation of audit findings, including coordination of necessary actions
- Communication with internal departments to clarify audit findings and responsibilities
- Assistance in the organization and execution of customer audits and external assessments
- Research on regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, eIDAS 2.0) and support in their analysis
Preferred Experience
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Additional knowledge of French is appreciated
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and ideally PowerPoint
- High level of reliability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Genuine interest in audits and regulatory topics
