We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Internal Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will support the internal review process by assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of audits and assessments across various business areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, organisational ability, and a keen interest in internal controls and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Certification Body in organizing and executing internal review activities
- Assist in the preparation of internal review planning and scheduling
- Coordinate with Internal Reviewers and relevant technical experts regarding scope and responsibilities
- Review and verify certification procedures to ensure compliance with formal and procedural requirements
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal records
- Monitor the status of ongoing and upcoming internal reviews, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Track review outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general administrative and process support to the Certification Body as needed

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and functions
- Solid understanding of administrative processes and office procedures
- Proficient in standard EDP tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, basic knowledge of German and willing to learn would be a big plus!
- Basic knowledge of quality management principles and related standards
The position is part time (60%) and based in Hamburg, Germany.
