1、Responsible for developing and executing the premium merchandise strategy for Alibaba in Europe, Germany, and France, guiding customerr acquisition, and continuously optimizing product quality.
2、Design and implement merchant nurturing strategies to facilitate customer growth and enhance customer activity and performance on the platform.
3、Develop business strategies based on customer and operational contexts to drive product operations and optimize user experience.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, and facilitate the successful implementation and execution of projects.

Position Requirement
Requirement：
1、Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, meeting the requirements for high level position.
2、Proficient in data analysis, extracting key insights to inform business decisions.
3、Fluent in English as the working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4、Prior experience in internet product operations, BI, merchant operations, or with reputable consulting firms is preferred.
5、Strong cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to a multicultural work environment.
6、Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, agile mindset within a large corporate setting.
