Service Coordination / Tech Coordination
- Maintain and administer service schedule which includes all field service jobs and in house service jobs
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers (clarify and meet customer expectations, coordinate order/schedule changes, perform after service follow up, etc.)
- Communicate consistently with Channel Partners and ASM’s about work to occur in their territory
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure the timely completion of their paperwork (service invoice, service reports, etc.)
- Responsible for generating, maintaining, and closing service tickets
- Maintain local log of items not captured via system reports (i.e. number of actuators commissioned, PM actuators, etc.)
- Ensure that all documentation is stored in a common location for easy access on the server
Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-tasks and organize priorities
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MTMS
